Gulliver on Phobos (Defense, Corpus Ship, levels 10-15) is one of the few main-planet nodes with a decent Plastids drop chance for a fresh account — Phobos is a signature Plastids planet, and this Defense is short enough to repeat a few times in a session without much of a level requirement.
Plastids are notoriously low-yield no matter where you farm them, so the endgame play is a dedicated squad run rather than solo resets. Assur on Uranus (Dark Sector Survival, Infested Grineer Galleon, levels 25-35, Steel Path) is the best of these: the Dark Sector resource bonus plus Steel Path enemy density give a loot squad (Nekros, Hydroid) enough enemy throughput to make a long rotation worthwhile.
