A classic low-level Infested farm: Akkad’s dense Infested waves pour Nano Spores as enemy drops, so a Nekros/Khora loot squad and a Resource Drop Booster stack up huge hauls in just a few Defense rounds.

Early game
Akkad on Eris (Dark Sector Defense, Infested Ship tileset) is a classic low-level Nano Spore farm: its dense Infested waves drop Nano Spores as enemy loot, and the Dark Sector’s resource-chance bonus stacks on top. Because it’s an enemy drop, a Resource Drop Booster and a Nekros or Khora in the squad (re-rolling extra drops with Desecrate/Pilfer) meaningfully raise the haul — a few rounds already yield thousands.
Mid & late game
Piscinas on Saturn (Dark Sector Survival, Grineer Asteroid tileset, levels 26-36) is the best per-hour spot once a squad can run Steel Path: the Dark Sector’s resource-chance bonus plus Steel Path Infested density means a Nekros or Khora meaningfully boosts the haul by re-rolling the enemy drops. Long Survival rotations outperform resetting the mission, since Nano Spores accumulate quickly the longer you stay — and boosters, the Steel Path passive and the loot frame all stack because these are enemy drops.
